  • Foundational Pilates

    An all abilities Pilates class, providing you with a gentle, yet precise full-body workout. This class allows you to learn the principles of pilates, integrating classic and contemporary Pilates elements to build strength and mobility.

  • Signature Pilates

    An intermediate level class. Strength building and dynamic, accompanied with the use of industry-standard props to enhance the experience, this class will leave you feeling challenged, aligned, and in tune with your body.

  • Yoga Flow

    For those who love an invigorating, full-body practice. Our Yoga flow class is designed to get your body moving and leave you feeling grounded and energised. Bonus: During the last week of the month this class becomes a Yin class, focusing on deep relaxation and calm.
