What To Expect
Hosted in the heart of Kirkwall, our mini retreats start with our Signature Pilates practice to help you set the tone for your day - the session will be an energising and fun practice that will leave you feeling both strong and in tune with your own body (don’t worry, it is absolutely beginner friendly!).
This class is followed by a comfort break during which you can enjoy our carefully selected speciality teas and delicious local treats. Incorporating breath work and elements of mindfulness, our restorative Yin class with aromatherapy will help you nourish your body with deep stretches and offers you a safe space to deeply relax and reconnect.
This is followed by specialty teas and local delicacies, providing a space to connect with yourself, and share these moments of peace with those around you.
Spaces are limited. Retreats are £45/person and include all props, food, and drink.
