Our Foundational Pilates classes are for the Pilates novice, as well as those with an established practice. Whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey or are simply looking to add to your routine, this class will not disappoint.

Our Foundational Pilates class will provide you with a gentle, yet precise full-body workout, allowing you to learn the principles of pilates. Integrating classic and contemporary Pilates elements, our class will support you to build strength, improve balance and increase mobility.

  • If you have a body and it can move, then YES - our Foundational Pilates class offers the perfect entry point for any Pilates novice. Our ethos of practicing in accordance with the 7 Bodymotion Pilates principles ensures our classes are delivered to the highest industry standards, creating a safe & enjoyable practice.

  • We always suggest getting the all clear from your doctor or midwife before joining any class. With that being said, generally guidance is not to start anything new while you’re pregnant, or recovering from serious injury. If you have a regular practice, then it’s usually safe to continue with it during pregnancy or to resume this once recovered. Again, check with your doc and check in with your own body. Please make our instructor aware of any physical conditions before class.

  • We have everything you’ll need for this class - mats, toning balls, stability balls, resistance bands, and yoga straps. But of course, you’re welcome to bring your own mat/props if you prefer. We always recommend to bring a towel and some water.

Signature Pilates

Drawing on our extensive teaching experience and featuring our go-to Pilates exercises, this intermediate Pilates class offers a dynamic and strength-building practice to those looking to strengthen their body from the inside out.

Pilates principles are brought to life through a range of classical and creative Pilates exercises, helping you to find inner strength and master your Pilates practice. Incorporating various Pilates props to elevate your practice, this class will leave you feeling challenged, aligned, and in tune with your body.

  • This class is for anyone who has practiced Pilates before, and describes their general level of fitness as 'fit/able to move well' with an established body awareness. If you are a Pilates novice, we recommend that you attend our Foundational Pilates classes first to build your understanding of the methodology and practice the most common Pilates elements. Our Signature Pilates class couples classical & contemporary Pilates elements at a faster pace, making this an ideal class for anyone looking to improve their stamina, core strength, and balance.

  • We always suggest getting the all clear from your doctor or midwife before joining any class. With that being said, general guidance is not to start anything new while you’re pregnant, or recovering from serious injury. If you have a regular practice, then we would recommend our slower-paced Foundational Pilates before progressing to this class. Your body is doing amazing work by growing a human, or recovering from injury. Please make our instructor aware of any physical conditions before class.

Yoga Flow

Our Yoga Flow classes are for those who love an invigorating, full-body practice. Moving through classic Vinyasa sequences with the occasional twist, this class is designed to get your body moving and leave you feeling calm and energised.

Balancing standing work and grounding elements, our flows allow you to realign, connect breath to movement and build a strong foundation for everyday ease.

Bonus: During the last week of the month this class transforms into a Yin-Yoga class with aromatherapy, focusing on deep relaxation and creating a sense of calm.

  • Our Yoga Flow class is a bit faster paced, and combines classic Vinyasa flows with contemporary poses. This requires participants to quickly move from standing positions to four-point kneeling, meaning there is quite a bit of 'ups-and-downs'. While you are very welcome to dive right in, you might enjoy starting your journey with our Yin Yoga class if you are brand new to Yoga.

Yin Yoga offers a slow paced flow, allowing for deep stretches and relaxation and is perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
